Jupiter Power is committed to community engagement. In coordination with local representatives, application preview meetings were held in the community.
Jupiter Power hosted a Public Information Meeting on March 30, 2023 in the Community Room located at the Vandalia Branch of the Dayton Metro Library, 330 S Dixie Drive. Community and local government participation was encouraged during the application process through comment submissions, a local public hearing, and an adjudicatory hearing. Pursuant to R.C. 4906.08(C), the OPSB accepted written and oral testimony from any person at the Local Public Hearing on Monday, February 12, 2024, at the Vandalia Branch of the Dayton Metro Library, 330 South Dixie Drive. Notices were mailed and information on the timing and location of the hearings, submitting comments, and testifying at the hearing was provided on the OPSB’s
website.
