Jupiter Power is committed to community engagement. In coordination with local representatives, application preview meetings will be held in the community.
Jupiter Power hosted a Public Information Meeting on March 30, 2023 in the Community Room located at the Vandalia Branch of the Dayton Metro Library, 330 S Dixie Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. Community and local government participation is encouraged during the application process though comment submissions, a local public hearing, and an adjudicatory hearing. Pursuant to to R.C. 4906.08(C), the OPSB will be accepting written and oral testimony from any person at the Local Public Hearing on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at Vandalia Branch of the Dayton Metro Library, 330 South Dixie Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377.
